2. Function
2.1 Pressure relief valve can be installed in the main water supply pipeline, mainly used to reduce and stabilize the water supply system to self-supply or boost the pipeline pressure.
2.2 Pressure relief valves with built-in filters are used in hot and cold water pipes in homes or apartments by installing pressure relief valves at the front end of hot and cold water supply equipment to prevent water outlets such as faucets and showers.

4. Instruction For Installation:
4.1 The PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE CAN BE INSTALLED horizontally OR vertically on the pipe, and the flow direction must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body.
4.2 Pressure gauges can be mounted on the front or back of the body, depending on the installation scenario.
4.3 For ease of maintenance, it is recommended to install an isolation valve at the front end of the pressure reducing valve.
5. Setting Instruction
5.1 Pressure gauge installation, you can choose to install the pressure gauge before the pipeline installation, such as later installation, must cut off the pressure relief valve before the water source. The pressure gauge can be installed on the front or back of the valve body according to the installation scene, ensuring that the pressure gauge is facing the side of the line of sight.
5.1.1 As shown in Figure 1, use a wrench to unscrew and remove the blockage of the pressure relief valve in the direction indicated by the arrow.
5.1.2 Wrap enough raw material tape or apply thread sealant to the screw on the pressure gauge.
5.1.4 As shown in Figure 2, install the pressure gauge on the pressure reducing valve with a wrench. Note that the force must be applied on the square plane on the pressure gauge interface when tightening, and the dial part cannot be directly rotated.
5.2 Pressure adjustment, in order to ensure that the adjusted pressure behind the valve is the correct pressure, before starting adjustment, it is necessary to close all the valves and faucets in use after the pressure reducing valve.
5.2.1 As shown in Figure 3, the mesh decorative cap is unscrewed and removed in the direction indicated by the arrow.
5.2.2 As shown in Figure 4, use a flange screwdriver or 8mm hex wrench to turn the regulating ring in the valve left and right, and turn counterclockwise to reduce the pressure behind the valve, and clockwise to increase the pressure behind the valve.
5.2.3 Pay attention to the pressure changes on the pressure gauge on the valve during the pressure adjustment process.
